Are you having problems with 'Sign-off' screens going blank?

If using Internet Explorer 7.0, click on Tools>Internet Options >Advanced, then scroll down and 'untick' the option "Use TLS 1.0" Please call the helpdesk on 1800 307 551 for further aid.
