  • Browser utilising either IE 5.0/5.5 or Netscape 4.7.
  • A minimum 56k modem.

Quickchange fee increase

As of 1 July 2010, subscription and ‘pay as you go’ Quickchange fees will increase by approx 2.5%. This is only the second price rise since the launch of Quickchange in 2001.

If using Internet Explorer 7.0, click on Tools>Internet Options >Advanced, then scroll down and 'untick' the option "Use TLS 1.0" Please call the helpdesk on 1800 307 551 for further aid.
